Many women think they get bloated because they eat too much. But one of the things it’s important to know about how to eat for muscle gain is that not fueling your body properly can cause inflammation and thus cause bloating as well! Another sign that you may not be eating enough to lose weight is brain fog. To lose weight, you sometimes need to eat more food to fuel your workouts and build muscle. If you are eating not enough food, you may find that your brain feels foggy and you have trouble focusing. This is a sign you need to eat more.
