This legs and glute workout will help you build strength and get the ultimate fat blast. This routine works glutes and legs first using a ‘warm up’ and then moving into a HIIT portion. We promise you will get the best butt & thigh workout of your life. This legs and glutes workout burns a ton of fat and give you a total burnout legs workout.

The first portion of this legs and glute workout is 100 jump rope to get your heart rate up. Then you’ll move on to 100 squats which will help get your legs ready for the fat blast to come. The second part of this glute workout is the HIIT portion. For each of the glutes and legs exercises in the HIIT portion you’ll do 2 minutes of work before moving on to the next. You’ll only do one round of these butt & thigh exercises unless you are really looking for a serious glutes & legs challenge. If that’s the case, you can do a 2nd round of the butt and thigh exercises. If you are a beginner, you can try for just 1 minute of each of the moves in the HIIT portion of this legs workout. 1/2 cup smoothie
1 heaped tsp agar agar powder
Optional sweetener like maple or agave syrup
Stirr together, bring to a boil and continue boiling for about 8 minutes while stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and transfer to your mold. Refrigerate.

Want to know how to eat more protein to build muscle and get lean? This video has some of the best high protein snacks and food hacks to help you get enough protein in your diet. First, how much protein do you need to build muscle? We generally tell women to shoot for high protein foods that help them get .75 to 1g of protein per day per lb of goal bodyweight. If you want to know how much protein to build muscle, you’re looking at the higher end of that range. For most women that’s over 100g of protein per day, which can be hard to get. You can include these foods as part of a high protein breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can also include them in your weekly meal prep to be sure you’re getting enough protein each day.

A high protein dinner could definitely include canned tuna on your salad, or even include Greek yogurt to be sure you’re getting your share. You may also choose to include peanut butter in your high protein lunch, or if you’re on the go, you can eat beef jerky or a protein bar. How much protein do you need to build muscle? Generally speaking a medium portion of meat contains about 25g of protein, as does a can of tuna, a protein bar, or a protein shake, so look at your requirements and adjust your nutrition plan accordingly.

1) Canned Tuna – 25 g protein
2) Protein Bars – 20-25g protein
3) Meal Prep – on the weekends cook up and package all your healthy meals for the week
4) Peanut Butter – with bananas, celery
5) Protein Powders – 1 scoop in milk or water
6) Beef Jerky – be careful of nitrates and sodium
7) Greek Yogurt – 20-25g of protein
