Ready to learn how to fix weak glutes? The secret to stubborn glutes is employing a glutes warmup for glutes activation before your regular glutes workout. This warmup is your secret to stubborn glutes. Do each of these glutes warmup exercises for 10 reps or 10 reps per side or until you start feeling the burn. Do a total of 3 minutes of the warmup switching between exercises. For growing the glutes, in addition to activating the glutes during a warmup, it’s important to use the mind muscle connection to grow the glutes. This 10 minute tone up workout will help you get a total body tone up in a short period of time. This is a 10 minute sculpting workout that will hit the entire body from head to toe. All it takes is 10 minutes to tighten and tone the whole body, so if you’re short on time, this total body workout is ideal for you.

In this 10 minute total body toning workout there are 5 exercises. For each of the moves in this 10 minute toning workout, you’ll do 30 seconds of workout and 15 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise in the total body toning workout. When you are finished with the first round of this 10 min workout, repeat the exercises a second time for a full 10 min tone up. If you are a beginner you could do just 1 round of this tone it up workout for a 5 minute workout.
