This brutal HIIT workout is a 20 minute cardio workout that you can do at home. It’s an advanced HIIT workout, and is particularly challenging. If you have no experience with HIIT or high intensity interval training, you might want to try one of our beginner bodyweight hiit workouts first. This insane HIIT workout is a 20 minute brutal HIIT workout that will leave you breathless and drenched in sweat.

There are three parts to this 20 minute HIIT workout. For each of the three parts in this insane HIIT workout you’ll do 7 reps of each exercise repeating them until you hit 7 minutes. Once the 7 minutes are up, you’ll move to the next part of this advanced HIIT routine. You can take a small amount of rest between the sets to allow your heartrate to recover a little. When you are done you’ll have done more than 20 min HIIT. Here are the parts and exercises that make up this 20 minute HIIT
workout:

1st Set – 7 of each for 7 minutes (set a timer)

1) Pushups
2) Squats
3) Burpees

2nd Set – 7 of each for 7 minutes (set a timer)

4) Jump Squats
5) Curls
6) Burpees w/a Jump Tuck

3rd Set – 7 of each for 7 minutes (set a timer)

7) Scorpion Pushups
8) Squat Jacks
9) 2 Jump Tuck Burpees
