There are 5 moves in this tight and toned workout. You’ll want to try all of the toning exercises in this total body workout before attempting to do the entire routine. You’ll do 10-12 reps of each of the moves in this total body toning workout before moving on to the next. If you are a beginner shoot for 1-2 rounds of this full body workout.
