This burpee workout for fat loss contains burpee variations that together create a great burpee workout challenge. Learning how to do burpees is pretty easy, and then you’ve got a whole bunch of variations to keep you entertained!

This burpee workout could be accurately described as death by burpees. There are 3 different moves in this burpee challenge. Give each one a try before attempting the complete burpee routine. You’ll do 10-12 reps of each burpee exercise before moving on to the next. If you are a beginner shoot for 1-2 rounds of this ultimate burpee challenge.
