This killer core workout is a sexy core workout that can be done at home or at the gym. This is the best type of core training because it requires very little equipment. To perform this home core workout you’ll just need a light dumbbell and a medicine ball if you’ve got one. Try this core workout at home, or at the gym.

To perform this tough core workout, you’ll be doing 10-15 reps of
each of the killer core exercises before moving on to the next. If you are a beginner you can shoot for 1-2 rounds of this core workout at home.
