For this leg and butt workout you’ll be doing each of the exercises for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. Then you’ll move on to the next exercise in the leg and butt sculpting workout. When you finish all 8 moves in this bodyweight butt workout, start over from the top. If you are a beginner shoot for 1 round of this butt and thighs workout.
