This complete upper body workout contains 4 upper body exercises that you can do at home with very little equipment. It’s a total upper body workout that hits every muscle, literally. Even though these are meant to be upper body exercises, you will even hit your legs.

In this upper body workout for women there are 4 moves. Do each of the upper body exercises for 8-12 reps, or the number of reps that make you feel challenged. Then move onto the next exercise in this upper body routine. If you are a beginner shoot for 1-2 rounds of this complete upper body home workout.
