1/2 red bell pepper
4 big white mushrooms
1 spring onion
Liquid aminos (or soy/tamari sauce)
Chunk of ginger
Lime and coriander/cilantro
Noodles of your choice (I used sweet potato and buckwheat noodles from King Soba)
1 big cup brown rice + 2 1/2 cups water
1 cup green lentils + 3 cups water
1-2 long sweet peppers
1 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
Spices: turmeric, black pepper, curry powder, garam masala, ground coriander, paprika powder, cumin
Top with lemon wedges, parsley and spring onion
