This full body workout challenge is a total body strength training workout that you can try doing to see if you can make it to the end. Will you be able to finish this full body strength training workout? Only time will tell!
There are 5 moves in this total body workout challenge. For the first round of this workout challenge for women, you’ll do 4 reps of every exercise without taking a rest between moves. Once you get to the end of the 5 exercises in this total body strength training routine, you’ll take 30 seconds rest, only if you need it. Then you’ll do the 2nd round of the workout challenge, which will be 5 reps of every exercise in this total body workout. The 3rd round of the womens workout challenge is 6 reps of each exercise. No matter who you are, your goal is to do 3 rounds of the exercises in this total body strength training routine. But if you are more advanced you can shoot for 4, 5 or 6 rounds of this total body workout routine.
